Filter cloth is a high-wear component that can stretch, deteriorate, or lose tension over time. Surface scaling and slurry buildup may block filtration paths, while high-viscosity slurry can reduce filtration efficiency under unfavorable operating conditions.
We have carried out extensive technical upgrades and improvements to conventional filtration equipment.Unlike conventional systems that depend on frequent manual adjustments, our filters use an advanced tension control structure to keep the filter fabric securely positioned during operation. The modular disc design enables quick fabric replacement when wear or blockage occurs. Combined with automatic high-pressure cleaning and stable feed control, the system ensures consistent filtration performance and improved filtrate quality.
